I recently added a Streamlight TLR-6 light/laser combo to my Smith and Wesson CCW. This video shows how to process through the adjustment settings to get only the light to show without the laser.
At this time, I haven’t trained much with the laser. I’ve tried them some in the past but feel that the front sight focus is simply faster and more accurate for me than trying to look for a red dot. I may add it back in later, but for now, we are going with the light only, and this video shows how to cycle the combination setup through the various stages to only use the light.
This video also shows me process through one of my favorite training tools: dry fire repetitions to get a feel for the new setup.
